Băcan Aurelian

At present, Aurelian Băcan holds the position of principal clarinet soloist in the Transylvania State Philharmonic Orchestra in Cluj-Napoca, an ensemble of which he has been a member of since 2009. He’s also a PhD student at the Gheorghe Dima Music Academy. In the meantime he has remained very active in the compositional field. Little by little, composition has emerged as his main focus, with the realisation that he has always wanted to become a composer
