Academia Sighișoara 2018 - Fees and registering
Fees
Full participation fee for all students this year (1-14 August):
• with accommodation and meals: 1800 RON or 400.- Euro
• without accommodation, just meals: 1450 RON or 320.- Euro
• without accommodation and meals: 950 RON or 210.- Euro
(Of which registration fee: 70.- Euro, participation fee 330.- / 250.- / 140.- Euro)
Participation fee for passive students: 320 RON or 70.- Euro.
Participation fee covers courses, daily concerts, performances, excursion.
Please mark in the Comment box which accommodation and meals option you are
choosing.
The places for accommodation are filled in order of registration (Haltrich boarding house in
the citadel centre and Gaudeamus boarding house 7 minutes walk from the centre). If you
do not require accommodation provided by the summer academy, please not it in the
comment box when registering.

Registration and payment
To start the registration process students should fill out the registration form below first.
Registration is finalized once the payment of the registration fee (70.- Euro) OR the full
participation fee (400.- /320.- /210.- Euro) is made. The full participation fee has to be paid
until June 20, 2018.
Participation can only be cancelled in exceptional case, the registration fee is non-
refundable.
Participation in the Festival is on the student's own responsibility. If you are traveling from
abroad you must have valid health insurance and a current valid passport.
Full attendance is required at all the classes (from the 1st to the 14th August).
Students must send their repertoire prepared for the summer academy when registering.

Registration is open between: April 3, 2018 - May 31, 2018.
We reserve the right to close the registration earlier, if the places are filled before the
closing date. Students who register after this will be put on the waiting list. In case of
cancellation, they will be announced in order of subscription.
